Intervention:
We use a chemical solution (blue peel) and smooth away superficial wrinkles, skin that is damaged by the sun or skin with unequal pigments. The superficial dermal layers are peeled off.
Duration:
About 1 hour for a complete face, décolleté or hands.
Anaesthesia:
ormally not required; a slight sedation might become necessary.
Therapies - Chemical peel
Ambulatory or in-stationary:
Normally ambulatory, maybe in combination with a stay in a hotel.
Post-treatment:
Slight burning sensations, swellings and redness as well as heliosensivity are normal..
Risks:
Temporary heliosensivity; possible allergies and herpes; scars are very rare; possible pigment modifications.
Recovery:
The redness consists for about two to three weeks. The skin desquamates during that time. We recommend a special skin care management. Normal activities are possible after two weeks.
