Intervention:
A face resembling a “bird-face”, especially from a lateral perspective, reveals a too large nose and a too small chin. A nose and chin correction is performed at the same time to harmonize the profile.
Duration:
2 hours

general anaesthesia
Ambulatory or in-stationary:
normaly ambulatory, rarly in-stationary
Post-treatment:
The splint is removed from the nose after one week, the sutures dissolve. Please refer to "Nose and chin correction” regarding more details.
Risks:
Callus formation at the nose, slipping of the implant at the chin.
Recovery:
The patient can go back to work after 10 days and sports can be started after 3 weeks.
